CANCELLATION POLICY
💌 Deposits Deposits are required to secure and save your appointment spot. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total. 💌 Cancellations I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a fee, as that time was reserved just for you. ⏰ Running Late If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to respect the next guest’s time. 🚫 No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the remaining balance of your scheduled service.
